Anne LaidlerAt Art of Course Ltd we aim to provide art courses with experienced tutors to give guidance, tuition and encouragement to artists of all abilities. Whether you work in watercolour, pastel or acrylic or maybe pencil drawing is your thing we have it covered.

For beginners, those short of time or wanting a "taster course" to explore new techniques we offer short courses run over two half-day three hour sessions. For these we can also supply the equipment that you may need.

Feel the need to brush up on your technique, learn new tricks or maybe just want to paint with like minded people then our one day workshops are for you. We also have Masterclasses with experienced tutors who can help you solve your problems. If you want to improve specific aspects of your work or find yourself unsatisfied with the final painting why not come along?

Easton Walled GardensAt Art of Course Ltd we appreciate that painting and drawing is not all about technique and classrooms, it is also good to be able to get out and about and seek fresh motivation from our surroundings. We organise inspirational opportunities for you to paint at Stately Homes and Gardens, Preserved Railways and other Heritage sites. We know that you will want to make the most of the outdoor locations but the English weather cannot always be relied upon, so space for painting inside will be available just in case!

To keep you going while you work, tea and coffee are included in the price on all courses together with any entrance fee that may be payable. On whole-day courses we also provide lunch - there is such a thing as a free lunch!
